Arrive in time for lunch and check in at your lodge (e.g., Apoka Safari Lodge or Nga’Moru Camp). Afternoon game drive in Narus Valley — this park’s wildlife stronghold, where plains game are abundant near the Narus River. Kidepo Valley National Park Day 3 — Full Day Game Drive in Narus Valley Overnight: Kidepo Valley NP lodge Full day exploring Narus Valley and other park sectors. Look for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, lions, leopards, and rare cheetahs. Birdlife is prolific in open savannah and riverine plains. Return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation. Kidepo Valley National Park Day 4 — Game Drive & Hot Springs Visit Overnight: Kidepo Valley NP lodge Morning game drive through expansive savannah, chasing sightings of big game and predators. After lunch, head to the Kanangorok Hot Springs near the South Sudan border — a scenic and quieter part of the park where you may also spot game and unique bird species. Evening at the lodge with sunset views. Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda Day 5 — Kidepo Exploration & Karamojong Cultural Visit Overnight: Kidepo Valley NP lodge Early nature walk or optional walking safari around the park fringes (depends on strength and preference).
